If you try to add new drivers to a boot image and the process fails with error code 0xc1420127, doing the following will most likely resolve the problem.
Browse to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WIMMount\Mounted Images" and delete any keys listed in there.
Restart WDS services and you should be good to go.
