ESX host appears to have lost connection to a data sore by when you try to manually mount it you get an error displayed above.

The solution is to unmount the data store using CLI and then mount it again manually using the GUI. Here is the command to unmount the data store.

esxcli storage nfs remove -v <VolumeName>
